AO2 in Miami next week! I took this photo on Monday, weighing in at 67.2 kilos or something like that (GOT parties had me like 🍔🥓🍗🍻)!!! I gotta be 63 at weigh ins! No problem!! I was 64.6 this morning. That's about where I like sit pre competition! I get a ton of people asking about my nutrition and I typically don't like to respond because I'm not really out there trying to be the leanest, hottest, fittest looking chick on insta or to even embody the image of health. I don't meal prep, I don't follow any methodology like Paleo, Zone, or counting Macros. I'm not worried about organic or GMOs (even though maybe I should be). If I want it, I eat it, no rules. Now, every now and then insecurity about my body kicks in, or maybe I'm not liking how my body feels, or in this case I need to make a weight class. When any of these situations occur I clean it up. My rules include eating smaller meals, less- no alcohol, and no late night binge eating while I'm chillin at home. I typically will cut down on the big ab-murdering carbs like bread and such, but overall I still eat the foods that I like. My message to everyone out there who wants to be cut. Get yourself on a proven program. There's plenty out there. If you're like me, do your thing, just in moderation 😂🍻! What we love about her: This girl is on the go. She has traveled to Vienna for training, Hawaii for a mud run (Ultimate Hawaiian Trail run) and more.
But she would tell you she is not a perfect person and sometimes falls off her diet, gains weight and has body issues.
In the end she perseveres and finds her strength and motivation from within, the only place where it is a true and reliable source.
